Yoga in the Art Gallery

Use your senses to anchor you in the present moment. Feel the cushion of the yoga mat under you. Notice what sounds are around you. And in the art gallery, notice the colors all around you.

Both yoga and going to art galleries are known to reduce stress and improve happiness, so a yoga session at Serendipity could highlight your week!

Thursdays 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Sessions are priced per class or as a bundle*.

Bring your own yoga mat and any additional desired props. Mats are available for rental.

All sessions are touch-free.

No essential oils are used.

If you would like extra support during your practice, there are chairs to use when desired.

Water fountain and bathrooms available in the lobby.

Street parking (metered until 7 pm) or free parking in the lot just east of Serendipity

Sarah Judd is a yoga instructor based in Columbia, MO. Her teaching style highlights a slow flow, with each pose held for a few breaths before moving into the next one. Her yoga sessions are touch-free, giving students autonomy to explore the poses and discover what feels best for their bodies. Her sessions encourage mindfulness, and body and breath awareness, which are beneficial for overall well-being on the yoga mat and in day-to-day life.
