
Sarah’s Yoga Studio offers several different styles of Family Yoga. Read about them below:
Kids Yoga: Kids Yoga is a yoga class for kids of all ages.
Mommy and Me Yoga: Mommy and Me Yoga lets you bring your little one (ages 5 and under) with you to a yoga session. You have the option of having your little one on the mat with you and helping them explore the yoga flow and learn about mindfulness. Or they might play with the provided toys while you do yoga and have the space on your mat to yourself.
The yoga flow is about 40 minutes long so that it can fit into your busy schedule and won’t wear out your little ones’ patience. The yoga flow varies from class to class based on the mood of the room. It’s tailored either to match high energy needing to be explored or a gentle flow to help you center when feeling overwhelmed. And Sarah is always there to offer variations of each pose to help you honor your body and your needs as they can vary day by day.
After yoga, you’re welcome to stay for the rest of the hour for an opportunity to connect with other moms.
Family Yoga: Family Yoga welcomes the whole family to the same yoga session.
