What is puppy yoga?
Puppy yoga adds adoptable puppies to a yoga session. It benefits the puppies by helping to support their animal rescue, helping them learn social skills, and giving them a play session. The foster families always appreciate the puppies spending their energy at yoga and returning home for a nap.
And it’s great for participants. They get to enjoy a relaxing yoga session and playful/cuddly puppies. It’s double the antistress, happiness-inducing goodness. And if they find a love connection, all the puppies are adoptable.

Puppy yoga is open for all levels of yoga experience — from those who have never done yoga before, to those with a regular yoga practice. Puppy yoga is also open to those who are more interested in playing with the puppies than doing yoga!
Yoga mats are available for rental. Why rent a yoga mat? Puddles happen sometimes during puppy yoga and renting a mat lets someone else take care of the cleanup so you can focus on relaxation and fun. Renting a mat is also a great option for those trying yoga for the first time.
Puppy yoga is a special time for puppies who are still looking for their forever home. We ask that other puppies and dogs do not attend these puppy yoga sessions.
