Thursday, June 16th Breathing Mindfully;
Thursday, June 23rd Thoughts are not Tangible and Why this Matters;
& Thursday, June 30th Making Peace with Your Feelings

6:30 pm – 7:30 pm

Sessions are priced per class or as a bundle.


Please bring your own yoga mat and any additional desired props.

WEEK 1 (Thursday, June 9th, 6:30 pm):
We’ll practice an all-levels hatha yoga flow. We’ll focus on simple ways to redirect our self-talk to be kinder — which helps to promote a calmer mind

WEEK 2 (Thursday, June 16th, 6:30 pm):
This week we’ll learn how our breath can help to calm the mind. All-levels hatha yoga.

WEEK 3 (Thursday, June 23rd, 6:30 pm): Learn why a thought is not always a fact during our all-levels hatha yoga flow. Mindfulness of thoughts.

WEEK 4 (Thursday, June 30th, 6:30 pm): Find out why “Good Vibes Only” isn’t always a good thing and the meaning of “toxic-positivity.” All-levels hatha yoga flow. Mindfulness of emotions.

Street parking (metered until 7 pm) or free parking in the lot just east of Serendipity
